With more than 20 years of industry experience behind him, Andrew returned to the Stanley family in 2013 to oversee sales and marketing strategy for Stanley Vidmar and Lista brands. Andrew began his career at Black & Decker and held various leadership positions in sales, marketing, and training functions for Stanley Tools and Bostitch Fastening Systems.

Tom has international experience and a proven track record of bringing profitable new products to market, developing and executing channel sales programs and managing high-profile business integration and divestiture projects.
Human Resources Manager
Kristian joined the Vidmar team in August 2009. He has worked in a variety of industries and brings more than 16 years of progressive experience in employee relations; HR metrics; compliance; organizational development; compensation and benefits; and staffing, retention, and succession planning.
Plant & Operations Manager
Ed Roma joined Stanley Vidmar in December 2005 as Plant & Operations Manager. Ed has over 15 years experience and has held various progressive positions in production, purchasing, and operations. Ed has experience in lean manufacturing, JIT manufacturing, Kaizen continuous improvement, supply chain management, ERP systems, project management, and ISO.
Ryan joined the Vidmar team in 2010, with 12 years of experience behind him. Ryan is responsible for providing financial support to commercial operations for multiple businesses throughout the organization.
