We will not be undersold.  If another U.S. manufacturer gives you a written quote (exclusive of freight and shipping) for a price lower than ours for a product that is substantially similar to a Vidmar modular cabinet, we will match the lower price, as long as it is not more than 33% lower than our current list price.  You must provide us with a copy of the written quote, which must have been made within the past 30 days. All claims are subject to our verification, and our decisions are final.  We will not verify claims that we believe are made in bad faith.  This offer is only available for sales through our direct sales force, within the continental U.S. until June 30, 2010.  This offer may be amended or withdrawn at any time in our discretion.  Each customer may take advantage of our Price Guarantee only once. This Price Guarantee may not be combined with any other offer.
