Stanley Vidmar and Lista merge to form Storage & Workspace Solutions group

(January 4, 2012) — We are pleased to announce a very exciting development in the Stanley Black & Decker organization: our acquisition of one of the most respected modular storage and benching companies in the industry—Lista North America. The merger of Stanley Vidmar and Lista will establish a newly formed Storage & Workspace Solutions group within Stanley Black & Decker. This group will be responsible for the sale and support of both Lista and Vidmar products. 

Lista, like Vidmar, is a worldwide leader in the storage industry. In the near future, you will be able to use your Stanley Vidmar engineered solution alongside a powerful new complement of Lista brands, such as Arlink, Nexus, Align, and much more.
