STAK SYSTEM® ACCESSORIES

Pallets
STAK System® pallets have two guides in front, available in 2,000 / 4,000 lbs and are offered with a variety of attachable options:

• Back Lip: Centered on the pallet it provides added security by preventing items from extending beyond pallet.
• Pallet Support Frame: Used to store loads on skids.
• Flow-Through Pallet: Allows sprinkler system water to flow through pallet. Compatible with all STAK Systems®, HazMat STAK Systems® and adjustable racking.
• Tire Storage Pallet: Cross bars secure up to six standard tires.
• Wire Basket: Easy-to-see storage for small or irregular items.
• Reel Storage: Steel brackets are attached to pallet for the storage of wire rope, cable, tubing, hosing, etc.
• Reel Dispensers: Accommodate reels of any width.
• Barrel Storage: Steel cradles store heavy drums horizontally.

Add-On Bays
Add-on bays allow your STAK System® to grow as you grow (pallets ordered separately).

Cantilever Overhang
Allows STAK System® lifting device to travel beyond racking (provides four feet of overhang). Ideal for parts staging or transfer.

Mast/Floor Lock
Holds STAK System® mast in place while items are being transferred from pallet.

Access Aisle
Single-side access aisle widths are determined by STAK System® pallet sizes. Dual-side access aisles are not restricted by pallet widths.

Mast Rotation Restraint
Automatically positions STAK System® mast at 90° intervals (parallel and perpendicular to aisle).

Trolley Lock
STAK System® trolley lock secures lifting device in the middle of an aisle for ease of use on longer systems.

Motorized Bridge 
STAK System® motorized bridge travels at 135 feet per minute. Recommended on systems with long runs and high activity.

Mast/Column Pallet Locator
Allows STAK System® operator to place forks in the exact position required to easily remove and replace pallets in their numbered locations.

Rear Column Brackets
STAK System® rear column brackets bolt to rear columns to convert unused space into manual storage space. 

Shim-Paks
Specially notched to slip under STAK System® footplates, Shim-Paks are used to level STAK System® storage units.

Safety Mesh
Recommended for STAK System® bays on or near traffic aisles or operations areas, STAK System® safety mesh is flush-mounted nylon mesh safety-rated up to 1,000 lbs. per square foot.

Operator’s Cab
Ergonomically designed, the 4,000 lbs.STAK System® operator’s cab has all controls on board and provides clear sight lines. Safety is further enhanced by platform control pedal, protective canopy, hand guards, and cab back.

Controls
STAK System® dual control pads direct movement on four axes, with a double pump for speed control. “Smart” controls sense position and direction of movement, providing for safe, accurate, easy operation.

Work-in-Process Cart
STAK System® work-in-process cart cradles entire pallet for easy, fast delivery. Utilizes two fixed and two swivel casters with locks.

Mobile Transport Table
STAK System® mobile transport table eliminates lifting when transferring heavy items from pallet to point of use, i.e., from pallet to shop floor or worksite. Includes hydraulic height adjustment with foot pedal and 360° table rotation.

Pallets

• Magnetic Pallet Labels: Instant-ID labels can be quickly affixed and removed.

Starter Section
Adjustable racking system starter section includes two column weldments, cross braces, column protectors, shims, and hardware.

Add-On Section
Adjustable racking system add-on section includes one column weldment, cross braces, column protectors, shims, and hardware.

Top Frame & Top Shelf
Adjustable racking system top frame include cross braces; solid top shelf can be placed above top frame to provide additional storage on top of racking system.

End Protector
Heavy-duty tubular steel end protector is designed to prevent damage to adjustable racking system at end of aisle.

Column Protector
Heavy-duty front column protector is designed to prevent damage to adjustable racking system columns during loading and removal of pallets.
